A. JOHNSON

Soror Johnson was initiated into our Illustrious Sisterhood
at Mu Beta Chapter, The George Washington University (GWU), on December
1, 1984. Soror Johnson served as First Vice-President and Recording
Secretary. After graduating from GWU in 1987, with a Bachelor in Business
Administration, concentrating in Finance, she immediately transferred
her membership to the Federal City Alumnae chapter.
Soror Johnson has been elected to serve the chapter in
the offices of Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary and Treasurer.
She has been appointed to serve the chapter in various leadership positions,
including Co-chair of Policies and Procedures, Co-chair of the Anniversary
Committee, Co-Chair of the Program, Planning and Development Committee,
and currently serves as Co-chair of the Finance Committee. She has,
actively, been a member of the Fundraising, Membership, Founder’s
Day and Executive Committees and the Step Team.
Soror Johnson was appointed to serve on the National
Program Planning and Development Committee, by Immediate Past National
President Gwendolyn E. Boyd. She currently serves as the Washington,
DC Homeownership Coach for the Eastern Region. Soror Johnson has enjoyed
serving as both Primary Advisor and Secondary Advisor for Mu Beta chapter
at The George Washington University.
Professionally, Soror Johnson is employed as an Accountant
at the United States Mint. She has earned her Masters of Science Degree
in Human Resource Development and Training from Trinity College. Her
hobbies include traveling, reading and socializing with family and friends.
Soror Johnson is a native Washingtonian and loves her community.
