The FCAC Chaplain's July Inspirational Message
I encourage each of us to remember that we are God's handiwork!
I was reminded by one of my favorite sorority sisters to "look at who God chose to deliver the message..." Such a powerful and profound reminder... look at who God chose to bring forward your gifts and talents... my gifts and talents... With just a short phrase, my mind and soul opened up... God chooses each of us to bring forward into the world that which is ours to deliver... on time and purpose! Our talents and gifts belong to God; however, we are so blessed to have the amazing opportunity to give those gifts and talents life and light. Our gifts and talents are our ministry, and God is the maker, the Creator, and has the best seat in the house! As Proverbs 18:16 beautifully reminds us, "Your gifts will make room for you."
And so, it is. Amen.
