All youth program volunteers are required to complete Risk Management training. The training ensures participants understand Delta’s Risk Management policies and guidelines and remain in compliance while volunteering or engaging with our youth participants.

This session introduces the strategy of "skill-stacking"—showing you how to adapt your federal and administrative expertise to thrive in the DMV’s high-demand private and entrepreneurial sectors.
