All youth program volunteers are required to complete Risk Management training. The training ensures participants understand Delta’s Risk Management policies and guidelines and remain in compliance while volunteering or engaging with our youth participants.

Parents and Guardians of participants in the Federal City Alumnae Chapter's Delta G.E.M.S., Delta Academy, and EMBODI Programs must attend the Parent Orientation. The Orientation will cover the Sorority's Risk Management Process and provide an over of the 2026-2027 Program Year. We look forward to seeing you!
